What we built
For two HoReCa businesses with completely different growth dynamics — a local restaurant (Pub For You, Târgu Secuiesc) and a national catering service (Protap Rotisor) — we built a network of keyword-targeted satellite sites, each with its own SEO technical infrastructure.
Live network (verified active, HTTP 200):
- 22 domains for Protap Rotisor — Romanian, English, and Hungarian, covering major cities (Bucharest, Brașov, Cluj, Iași, Timișoara, Sibiu) and keyword variations (wedding spit-roast, christening catering, rotisserie catering)
- 6 domains for Pub For You — Romanian and Hungarian, covering the local city and pizzeria/restaurant/delivery keywords
Technical infrastructure implemented and confirmed live on every domain:
- Dynamically generated meta tags, canonical URLs, OG/Twitter cards per domain
- Hreflang RO/HU/EN with x-default
- JSON-LD schema: CateringBusiness/Restaurant, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, Offer (pricing),
speakable(ready for voice and AI search) - Automatic Google rating sync (via Google Places API, 24h cache) — live
aggregateRating - GA4 plus an internal analytics worker for monitoring network performance
Why the two businesses were treated differently
For a local restaurant in a town of ~20,000 people, Google Business Profile and reviews beat any new website. For national catering, every new satellite domain is a new radius of coverage on the map. We built the strategy separately for each business instead of applying the same playbook everywhere.
Current status
The network is live, technically verified, and monitored monthly (GSC review). Next steps on the active roadmap: connecting Google Search Console on every domain and building a content hub (blog) on the main domains.
