Audience
Personal brands and small businesses that post regularly on social media and send a newsletter, but don't have time to write everything from scratch every week
Problem
Creating consistent content — social posts plus a weekly newsletter — eats hours every week, and full automation is risky: nobody wants AI sending something unsupervised under the brand's name.
How it works
The system automatically drafts post copy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) from a simple spreadsheet context, plus a weekly newsletter draft segmented into warm/cold lists. Before anything sends, you get a Telegram message with the draft and three buttons: Approve, Decline, Edit. Nothing publishes without your decision.
How it works in practice
This describes the pattern we build for clients — not the results of a specific, live client deployment.
We build the flow in n8n, connected to Google Sheets (the content source), an AI model for copy generation, and your email/social platform. The weekly process:
- Sunday morning, the system automatically generates a newsletter draft (a warm-lead version and a cold-lead version).
- You get the draft directly on Telegram, with three buttons: Approve, Decline, Edit.
- Only approved drafts get sent — automatically, Sunday evening.
- You get a confirmation on Telegram after sending.
For social posts, the system generates captions for each platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) from a simple context entered into a spreadsheet — no image analysis or manual copywriting from scratch required.
Why human approval matters
We don’t automate sending 100%. Your brand is yours — the system does the drafting work, you stay the last filter before anything goes public. That’s the difference between “AI that writes for you” and “AI that publishes for you.”
Who it’s for
Personal brands, coaches, small clinics, or businesses with an active social media and newsletter presence who want consistency without giving up control of the final message.
